Bec (They/Them)

Hey! I’m a certified full-spectrum doula/childbirth educator, lactation educator in-training and firm believer that everyone deserves compassionate support (messy buns, mismatched socks and all). 

I came into this work after becoming a parent myself. My own experience left me thinking, “Shouldn’t someone have told me all this before?” That moment stuck with me and now it fuels the care I offer: grounded, honest and deeply human.

Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of being present at several births - not in a professional role but as a trusted support. I’ve also provided postpartum care to friends and walked alongside people through their abortion experiences. These moments taught me the power of simply showing up with presence, care and zero expectations. I believe showing up fully - with open hands and heart - is at the core of this work.

Right now, I’m laying the groundwork for my future doula practice - centering care that’s inclusive, affirming and real. As a queer, disabled human, I know how vital it is to feel truly seen. However you show up, I want to build a space that meets you there - with snacks, softness and room to just be.

Outside of birthwork, you’ll find me overwatering my plants, getting lost in a book, or diving into a craft project that snowballed. I share life with my hilarious 6-year-old and my partner of 8 years - my greatest teachers in love, patience and laughing when everything’s gone sideways.

While I’m not taking clients just yet, I’m so excited for what’s ahead and would love to connect as I grow.
